Scholarship

• The students of backward category should submit their scholarship forms before 31st July of every academic year.
• caste mentioned in the form and on the cast certificate should be same, otherwise the form will be rejected.
• Students doing full time job do not get scholarship so students who are appointed while learning should bring into the notice of the college about their employment.
• Only two issues from one family are entitled for the scholarship.
• The married girl student willing to apply for the scholarship should submit the income certificate of her spouse.
• The scholarship holder students should open an account in the bank prescribed by the college.
• Students coming from outside Buldana district to this college for further education should submit district change certificate of the social welfare officer of the former district.
• If there is a gap in the education of the student he should submit an affidavit of gap mentioning he did not avail the scholarship any where during the gap period.
• After passing any university examination from one college and seeking admission in other college the student should seek the permission of the social welfare officer.
• The scholarship holders students need to have 75% attendance in class for theory and practical periods as well as in NSS, NCC and Physical education

The scholarship holder students should very often see the instructions display by Shri S. S. Deshpande on the notice board in respect of the last date, documents, amount of scholarship, difference in the amount of the students living in the govt. hostel as well as difference due to the income of the parents. Every year, before 30th of June, the detail information about the scholarship, will be displayed on the notice board.

Details about the documents required for GOI scholarship

• Admission to Junior and senior college :
• Original Mark list with 3 Xerox copies
• Original leaving certificate
• Migration certificate for other university student
• For GOI scholarship (Freeship)
• Xerox copy of caste certificate
• Income certificate of parent given by Tehasildar
• Xerox of leaving certificate
• Xerox copies of Marks list
• Newly admitted students must bring the number of scholarship approved from their previous school / college.
• For students in Junior and Senior College
• EBC income certificate to 15000 of Sarpanch or Tehasildar
• If father is no more his death certificate
• Xerox copy of ration card and district change certificate
• Signature and seal of BEO on the PTC form
• For the ward of municipal teachers
• Affidavit in two copies and signature of C.O. of municipal corporation
• For teaching and nonteaching staff
• Signature of E.O. on an application, affidavit in two copies and certificate of two issues
• Ex serviceman
• Signature and seal of an officer of the military board or military board certificate.
• For the girls of Junior College
• Affidavit in two copies.
